Get To Know The Author: Q & A

Q: What is the most rewarding part of being a author?

A: For me, it was about having something that I created that I could give to my kids. My parents were both crafty; my Dad was a woodworker and made beautiful bird houses, toy cars, and other beautiful pieces, and my Mother did needlework and cross stitching. I did not have those skills, si it was important for me that my kids had something that I made.

Q: What age were you when you first started writing?

A: I remember writing little stories when I was in third grade, so I would have been about 8 years-old. They were short mystery/scary stories, from what I remember, but I've long since lost them.

Q: As an author, what would you choose as your mascot?

A: My mascot would most definitely be a wolf! The wolf is my favorite animal.

Q: Do you karaoke? If so, What is your go to karaoke song?

A: I used to karaoke every weekend, but I haven't been in several years. A couple of my go to songs were Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive," and John Cafferty & the Beaver Brown Band's "On the Dark Side."

Q: What is one piece of advice you would give to a aspiring author?

A: Write from the heart. Yes, do research about your topic, but make it personal. Put that feeling into it! That's what moves readers. If you feel it, the reader will feel it!

And here we are now,

Ushering in The Great Inevitable.

I can’t see Her, but I feel Her there.
